No, you can self-refer directly to Physio Three Sixty, although a number of people are referred by their GP. Physiotherapy is an independent profession and qualified therapists are autonomous. You can discuss with your GP whether you think you need physiotherapy or contact us to find out if you need treatment.

Physio Three Sixty is registered with the majority of health insurance companies. If you would like to use your health insurance with us you just need to have an authorisation code prior to the start of your treatment. Your insurance company will be able to provide you with details of how to get an authorisation code.

This depends on your injury or problem. Following your initial consultation a treatment plan will be made including the anticipated number of sessions. We strive to get people back to full function as quickly as possible.
Payment can be made by card or cash at the Xchange Fitness reception. If using health insurance we will bill your insurer directly. Please let us know prior to booking if you are planning to use health insurance.
All information is recorded electronically and stored on a hard drive for safekeeping of records. You are entitled to request access to the physiotherapy documentation kept by Physio Three Sixty under the Data Protection Act. If you have any questions on this please contact us directly.
